City Lifting introduce new Kato CR 200i City Crane!
At City Lifting, we are once again very excited to welcome another fantastic addition to our fleet… the very impressive 20 tonne capacity CR 200i Kato city crane! Built to last, this Kato crane really does lead when it comes to quality and reliability.
What is so good about this machine, we hear you ask? Well, it is a clear leader in its class for many reasons! Firstly, the CR 200i is all about steady performance with the latest eco technology. The city crane’s perfect engine control creates reduction of the fuel consumption by using eco switch throughout all driving and crane operation. This therefore leads to CO2 reduction and energy saving, which we are all about supporting at City Lifting!
What’s more, the CR 200i has been manufactured using the latest technology to create great lifting capacities. The all terrain Kato city crane features a very long six section 28 metre main boom, plus a four to 5.8 metre telescopic fly jib that can offset by up to 60 degrees. The additional fly jib is very simple to install, requiring only 3 steps! This allows for an extremely quick and safe procedure, even in those very limited inner city spaces. This powerful and compact crane is really in a league of its own when it comes to working in narrow streets or alleys. The brilliant crane boasts a short, fully enclosed boom length of 6.7 metres, which makes it ideal for working under low head height conditions including working inside buildings and confined industrial locations.
And if you were wondering about general specs, the Kato city crane weighs 19.7 tonnes, is 8.7 metres long, 2.3 metres wide and just 3.2 metres high. The outriggers have multiple width settings and automatic sensing, with a maximum spread of 5.4 metres! These features make the CR 200i very versatile and suitable for many jobs.
